Owner of a gold trading company suspended from exiting the country for tax debt

VCN – A gold trading company has owed tax since 2012 but intentionally delayed payment to the state budget despite measures to urge and collect debts by the customs.

The Processing Customs Branch under Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department sent the Immigration Department, the Ministry of Public Security a notice of the temporary suspension of exit for Mr. LU HUNG TIEN (Lữ Tiến Hùng) as the legal representative with the title of Chairman of the Members’ Council of Hung Kim Hoang Gold and Silver Co., Ltd, because the company has been enforced to execute an administrative decision on tax administration and failing to fulfill the tax obligation under Coercive Decision 4118/QD-GC dated December 23, 2014 of the Director of the Processing Customs Branch.

The suspension of the exit is from November 25, 2022 to November 24, 2025 (no more than 3 years and can be extended), until the company fulfills its tax obligation to the state budget.

Hung Kim Hoang Gold and Silver Co., Ltd was licensed to be established in 2005 at 92 Street 8, An Lac residential area, Binh Tri Dong B ward, Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh City.
