VCN – Border Guards, Police and Customs forces of Quang Ninh province arrested a suspect on charges of transporting 75kg of firecrackers, official sources said.

On November 27, in Binh Lieu District in Quang Ninh province, the Special Task Force of the Division for Drug Control and Crime Prevention, Quang Ninh Border Guard, Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station, Binh Lieu District Police, Hoanh Mo Border Gate Customs Branch detected two suspects driving a motorbike with suspicious signs.
The forces arrested Le Van Tuyen, 28, residing in Hai Ha District, Quang Ninh province and seized two motorbikes and 75kg of firecrackers.
Le Van Tuyen said he bought these firecrackers from a Chinese person at the border gate and then transport them to Vietnam for sale.
Currently, the competent forces have completed the profile to handle the suspect.
