Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh, Head of the 389 National Steering Committees, has just directed the Ministry of Public Security and the 389 Steering Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities, and the Standing Office of the 389 National Steering Committees on national security issues, anti-smuggling and trade fraud for tobacco and sugar products.
