VCN – Up to now, there are only 12 administrative procedures that need to connect to the National Single Window that are implemented by related ministries and sectors.

Six ministries complete the connection of administrative procedures to National Single Window

According to Decision 1254/QD-TTg (2018), the total number of administrative procedures that ministries and sectors must connect to the National Single Window (NSW) in the 2016-2020 period is 251.

In Decision 1258/QD-TTg (promulgated in 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision 1254), the total number of administrative procedures that are connected to NSW has been revised to 261 procedures, an increase of 10 administrative procedures compared to Decision No.1254/QD-TTg.

As of June 30, 2022, the total number of administrative procedures implemented is 249 out of 261 procedures (including those of the Ministry of Finance). In particular, six ministries have completed the plan, including the Ministry of Public Security (two administrative procedures); Ministry of Science and Technology (six administrative procedures); Ministry of Information and Communications (five administrative procedures); Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (one administrative procedure); Ministry of Health (56 administrative procedures); and State Bank (two administrative procedures).

12 procedures in the plan for the 2016-2020 period are to be implemented by ministries and sectors, including the Ministry of Industry and Trade (six administrative procedures); Ministry of Transport (one inter-sector administrative procedure); Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (one administrative procedure – is proposing not to deploy this software development); Ministry of National Defense (one administrative procedure); Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (one administrative procedure); Vietnam Confederation of Trade and Industry (VCCI) (one administrative procedure); and Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (one administrative procedure).

As of June 30, there were 249 out of 261 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors connecting NSW, with nearly 4.95 million dossiers of more than 55,000 businesses.

Particularly in 2021 and the first six months of 2022, ministries and sectors connected 42 procedures. In particular, 36 procedures were connected in 2021, and six procedures were connected in the first six months of this year; besides that, there were two procedures to be upgraded and updated.
