Accordingly, those eligible for the course are students of universities and colleges in the fields of economics, accounting, foreign trade, commerce, import and export, logistics, business, forwarding and individuals and employees in enterprises engaged in foreign trade, transportation and logistics activities; as well as employees in foreign-invested enterprises who need to study customs operations, want to work in the Customs sector or other jobs and professions related to the field of customs operations.

Individuals who wish to receive formal training to participate in the exam for a certificate of customs declaration as a practicing certificate; enterprises that want to train and improve the qualifications of newly recruited employees or build a team of staff with customs declaration certificates to carry out customs procedures and work in import and export businesses.

The course aims to help attendees have an overview of the Customs industry to have a clear career orientation after graduation; is a necessary basis for taking the exam and achieving career goals; support enterprises in training and improve qualifications for newly recruited employees.

During and after the course, the attendees will have questions on customs and related issues answered. In particular, the attendees are directly connected with leading lecturers in customs operations.

The content of the training course is composed of theory and practice by the Vietnam Customs School, including in-depth topics such as: Customs law and law related to the field of customs; tax policy for imported and exported goods; specialized management policies for import and export goods; classification of goods; customs value; origin of goods; Intellectual Property; customs procedures; handling of administrative violations in the field of customs; and foreign trade operations.

The course will be held for nine days on Saturdays and Sundays and is expected to start in early December online.
