Following regulations of Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating procedures for granting a certificate of customs declaration; granting and revoking of identification number of customs broker’s staff; procedures for recognition and operations of customs clearance broker amended and supplemented in Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 22/2019/TT-BTC dated April 16, 2019, the Vietnam Customs School organizes a training course to improve knowledge for customs broker’s staff.
The attendees are customs brokers’ staff whose customs broker codes have expired or are about to expire and others who want to update their knowledge of customs law.
The training course aims to provide contents related to customs procedures, customs inspection and supervision; new regulations on management policies of import and export goods; regulations on import and export duties and other taxes; and regulations on sanctioning of customs offenses.
The training course will be held on April 22-24 on Zoom.
The attendees can send applications for the training course including the registration form, a copy of valid identification documents (ID card or passport) to Vietnam Customs School, Km10 + 395 provincial road 379 Hung Yen – Hanoi, Yen Phu commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province.
