List of periodical reports on public investment announced

There will be two types of report to expect

According to the Decision, the list will abolish the previous annual report on the use of State budget investment capital. Thus, the new periodical report will only include finalization from the State budget by budget year, as well as the report on settlement of public investment for annual projects.

The Decision stipulates that the central agencies, departments, divisions and committees will be overseen by the People’s Committees of provinces and districts. The Department of Finance will control payment agencies at all levels. Investors are required to make a report on the final settlement of public investment capital from the State budget according to the budget year (annual settlement).

The Ministry of Finance will receive reports on the ministries and central agencies.

Reports of departments, divisions and committees under The People’s Committees of provinces and districts will be received by financial agencies at the same level.

The report from the Department of Finance will be received by the Ministry of Finance and the central control and payment agency.

The report from the central control and payment agency at all levels will be received by the finance departments at the same level.

The report from investors will be received by the ministry, central agency and superior agency of the investor. In cases of decentralized management, departments and committees under the People’s Committees of provinces and districts will receive the report.
