VCN – Vietnam Customs School plans to organize an online training course to improve knowledge of customs law for Customs broker’s staff from May 26.

Accordingly, the attendees are customs broker’s staff whose customs broker codes have expired or are about to expire and others who want to update their knowledge of customs law.

Vietnam Customs School will occur for three days from May 26 to 28, including 8 lessons/per day.

The training course aims to provide content related to customs procedures, customs inspection and supervision; management policies of import and export goods; regulations on import and export duties and other taxes, especially regulations on sanctioning customs offences.

According to Vietnam Customs Shool, Clause 6 Article 1 of Circular 22/2019/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing several articles in Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015, stipulates procedures for granting a certificate of customs declaration; granting and revoking of codes of customs broker’s staff; order and procedures for recognition and operation of the customs broker.

Currently, many customs brokers want to improve their knowledge to meet the provisions of Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BTC amended and supplemented in Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 22/2019/TT-BTC. Therefore, Vietnam Customs School continuously opens new training courses to satisfy this demand of individuals, organizations and enterprises.

According to the Vietnam Customs School, participating in the training course not only enhances knowledge of the customs field of customs broker’s staff but will also require individuals to participate in Customs Broker License Examination.
