VCN – HCM City Customs Department earned over VND100,000 billion in revenue. The department strives to achieve the annual target 2021 of VND110,000 billion.
According to the municipal customs department, the volume of imports and exports across HCM City Seaport has increased after sharply decreasing for many months. The total trade shows a year-on-year increase of 14.52% to US$113.379 billion.
Of which, the total export turnover rose 23.66% to US$116.555 billion and import turnover grew 0.86 % to US$117.216 billion.
The department’s revenue has risen in recent two months. As of November 15, the revenue rose 12.5% year-on-year to over VND100,767 billion, meeting 93.3% of the estimate.
The department strives to achieve the target in the remaining months of the year.
