Officers of Thanh Thuy International Customs Branh insepect imports and exports.

The delay is from October 28. This may be due to the new Covid-19 infections in Ha Giang Province.

The Branch’s Deputy Manager Vi Quoc Thang said Customs has worked with other competent agencies at the border gate to notify businesses to transport goods to other border gates.

To remove this problem, the branch will propose the Border Gate Management Board to work with the Chinese side to boost exports across Thanh Thuy International Border Gate.

Currently, goods exported to China through Thanh Thuy International Border Gate are mainly wooden peeled boards, bananas and tapioca starch.

From early 2021 to October 15, the trade in goods at the Branch reached US$198,081 million; State budget revenue achieved VND74,810 billion, deceasing by 53.4% compared to the assigned target.
