The reason for the suspension is that Hao Phat Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. is being coerced to execute an administrative decision on tax administration due to failing to fulfil its tax obligation. Therefore, the time to suspend is counted from when the Immigration Department – the Ministry of Public Security receives the notice of Cai Mep port Customs Branch until the taxpayer fulfils its tax obligation.

The total amount of money being coerced was VND 1.13 billion, including tax, late payment and fines for administrative violations of the above decisions.

It is known that Hao Phat Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd was established on October 9, 2020, and is currently registered for business operation at Ke My hamlet, My Loc commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province.
