VCN – These are cars that are temporarily imported for tax exemption by entities granted diplomatic privileges and immunities in Vietnam that have been sold or given as gifts to other organizations or individuals in Vietnam. However, it has not yet completed the transfer procedures in accordance with the provisions of the law.
